Mary Kay’s Pink Cadillac Goes Electric: Meet Cadillac OPTIQ

pink cadillac goes electric

The practice of giving branded cars to its top-selling personnel by the Mary Kay cosmetic firm has been going on for years. Traditionally, these cars’ elite have been Cadillacs in a light pink tint, called after the company with subtle Mary Kay emblems on their front doors. Although this practice persists, the pink Cadillac is changing, and it seems to be better: it now runs electrically.

According to Mary Kay, the pink Cadillac OPTIQ electric SUV is the new Cadillac Career Car. Although it might complicate the lives of salesmen covering large areas, it is not advised that the Mary Kay Cadillac is superior just because it is electric; the Cadillac OPTIQ is a fantastic luxury SUV that just happens to be electric. Given that recent Mary Kay vehicles have incorporated the less well-known, mostly forgotten XT6 three-row SUV and XT5 two-row SUV, the Cadillac OPTIQ is very amazing.

Not all Mary Kay Career Cars are Cadillacs; some are for those who are intrigued. Of roughly 3,600 cars in the present fleet, most comprise lower-tier GM models, namely Chevrolet Trax and Equinox, with only 1,000 dedicated to the top tier of Independent Sales Directors, Cadillacs.

Returning to the Cadillac OPTIQ, it features a lovely design; it is, after all, a sophisticated little electric SUV. With interesting interior materials, crisp digital displays, and an unusually roomy arrangement considering its comparatively low cost among comparable luxury SUVs (like 2025 Bentley Bentayga), whether electric or not, the design of the present Cadillac OPTIQ is stylish both inside and outside.

Mary Kay clearly has a corporate message about sustainability and environmental awareness that it hopes to communicate via the debut of an electric Cadillac for the top of its Career Car project; this is now realized. With an EPA-rated range of 302 miles, the Cadillac OPTIQ should offer plenty of power for most short- and medium-distance sales appointments.
