Chevrolet is again in the spotlight with the launch of Chevrolet Silverado EV 2026 model, a Trail Boss variant joined the EV lineup this summer. The new Trail Boss is targeting off-road adventurers who crave for unmatched performance on unforgiving terrains and luxurious looks.
The new Chevrolet Silverado EV 2026 is the refined version of its predecessor 2025 Chevrolet Silverado EV packed with lifted suspension, rugged styling, all-terrain tested tires, and signature blacked-out trim. With added an extra 2 inch lift, the Trail Boss offers 24% more distance from the ground than the base Silverado EV. Its generically tuned coil suspension provides better ride comfort and off-road performance.

2026 Chevrolet Silverado EV is powered by Ultium battery box, which guarantees longer mileage and robust performance. It can touch 725 horsepower and 775 lb-ft of torque is available with the Ultium battery pack. Blacked-out trim-exclusive terrain mode is also available for greater maneuverability at uneven terrains even at low speeds. Chevrolet Silverado EV 2026 also comes with GPS tuned Google Maps that offers Super Cruise capability. In this mode, hands-free driving is automatically engaged as an added comfort touch.
The Chevrolet Silverado EV 2026 Trail Boss comes with two battery pack customizations- Extended and Max. In extended configuration, the EV can run 410 miles and costs $72,095. In max configuration, it has the capability of 478 miles range and costs around $88,695.
The Trail Boss 2026 is assembled at General Motors’ ZERO factory in Michigan by using both domestic and international parts as part of the company’s all-electric, multi-brand strategy.
