Compared to its BMW cousin, the back has almost been squared off to reveal a straighter lower edge where the original diffuser sat, along with new rear lights, side fins, and a slick ducktail spoiler. Naturally, the quad tailpipes stay undamaged.
These tailpipes are attached to a new, light Akrapovic exhaust system that is claimed to greatly reduce back pressure and is said to decrease the M4’s original exhaust weight by 40%.
Though also permitting for a remarkable top speed exceeding 186mph, this improvement cuts the M4’s 0-62mph acceleration time by just two tenths of a second, bringing it down to an astounding 3.3 seconds.
