2026 Nissan Rogue Unveils a Striking New ‘Dark Armor’ Edition

Many producers are postponing the release of new MSRPs as long as they can since talks on tariffs are transforming car pricing into a guessing game. But Nissan has released pricing information and a fresh trim level for the 2026 model year Nissan Rogue, which is our highest-rated compact SUV, mostly manufactured in the United States. For customers, this is good news.

Most 2026 Nissan Rogue trims will see a little price increase of only $200 for 2026. As a result, the entry-level Rogue S with front-wheel drive will cost $30,180, which takes into account the unaltered $1,390 destination fee from 2025. Starting at $31,180, the 2026 Nissan Rogue SV’s cost will rise to $36,680 for the 2026 Nissan Rogue SL. An additional $1,400 will be added if customers want all-wheel drive on any of these vehicles. Priced at $35,080, the Rock Creek model includes all-wheel drive.

The 2026 Nissan Rogue

The premium Platinum model, made overseas in Japan, is oddly left out of the earlier pricing debate. With standard all-wheel drive, this model actually drops the price by $1,000 to $40,380. A close inspection of the standard equipment list shows the 2025 Rogue Platinum has no features missing when compared to the 2026 model. Nissan says the Rogue is still unaltered for 2026.

That statement is not quite right, though. Blacked-out badges, grille, mirrors, roof rails, and door pillars, along with fashionable 19-inch black wheels, help the 2026 Nissan Rogue SV model improve. The equipment expands on the SV’s capabilities by including a 360-degree parking camera, a panoramic sunroof, fake leather upholstery, heated front seats and steering wheel.

With the high popularity of black/dark editions, the new 2025 Jeep Gladiator Dark Sky Edition also came out of the shadows. Like the SV and in contrast to the Rock Creek model, the 2026 Nissan Rogue Dark Armor will be offered with either front- or all-wheel drive. Although Nissan has not yet published the price for this trim, it is thought to be more expensive than the SV but less expensive than the Rock Creek and SL trims.
