The 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid: A Design Masterpiece

Lincoln’s resurgence has been a slow process replete with obstacles all the way (recent NHTSA vehicle recall). Ford Motor Company’s luxury division has, however, made great strides since about 2018, when the fourth-generation Navigator debuted, a model that genuinely represents a turning point for the brand. Lincoln now has an amazing collection of cars, including the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid. Although there is even more to it, this luxury utility vehicle has lots of passenger and cargo capacity, a beautiful inside, and a variety of interesting technologies.

Thanks to its modest yet elegant design that radiates luxury, this SUV photographs beautifully and seems even more stunning in person. Like other versions of the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus, the Black Label hybrid model supplied for this review (which is the pinnacle of the model range) highlights a pronounced grille, very like that of nearly every luxury vehicle available today from Audi and BMW to Genesis, Lexus, and even Mercedes-Benz.

Still, this 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid’s front end fits very well with the general design, and instead of traditional mesh, the grille is decorated with small copper-hued sparkles that repeat the form of the brand’s star-like emblem. Full-LED headlights intended to give the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid a somewhat aggressive appearance match this grille; actually, they are rather attractive. For some flair, a light strip connecting the two headlamp units runs through the illuminated Lincoln logo.

Approaching the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid causes a stunning light display, a function the company calls Lincoln Embrace that welcomes its driver, particularly in dimly lit parking lots. This SUV has huge 22-inch wheels, which may seem too big for a car of this size, as is typical in the market of today. The wheels’ satin chrome highlights offer a particularly beautiful appearance with an angular turbine design. Regrettably, these large wheels seem to affect the ride quality; at times, the 2025 Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid may feel a little unsteady.
